Hi I've bought an B&S blue label tenor sax serial 3330
it comes without the piece where the neck and the body come together

Are you saying, this neck screw was attached to your saxohphone?
It's a little strange - somebody soldered the washer to the original screw. But what's the issue?

the neck screw is simply missing.
i want to know if i can find this piece only
so i can finally fix my neck
for now i haven't find

unfortunately I don't own such a B&S "Blue Label" horn. And I don't know anybody personally, who owns such a saxophone.
I believe, you just need to find somebody who is willing to provide you with a kind of technial drawing.
With this, you should be able to have screw and "nut" copied by a mechanic. Maybe a sax-doc near to you can help you out?
