Another oldish Weltklang Tenor Saxophon ser 42503

Here i'I'm posting some pics of another oldish weltklang tenor saxophone which my kid was playing with recently

Serial 42506 and nice silver coating, i belive it's late 70x but don't know the year exactly, and the model too

I't has had a long life as music school intrument and has few repairs as well
For now it fitted with new black pads with plastic resonators on and sounds pretty nice for it's age and lifestory

The repair seen on pics and one of the mecanics support is missing as well,
B and Bb protection is also unoriginal

Hi Nash, should have been made around 1973.

Question: does it show "MADE IN GDR" at the connection from bow to bell? I believe not, but not sure.

It does not have any "GDR" signs, just stamped serial and simple vertical logo engraved on the horn

Seems to be cyrilic letters on passport, ussr market?

Sold: Aug 23 1968

Great one, what I can contribute:

Serial number 28791 was manufactured in APR 1968.

Serial number 27534 should have been made in OCT 1967 plus minus 3 months.
Serial number 27534 was sold on 23 AUG 1968, roughly about 10 months later.
