I think this instrument was built by Willy Johannes Voigt

Here are some information about him:

Willy Johannes Voigt
30.12.1899 - 22.09.1971
Father: William Albin Voigt
Willy has learned his profession from Berthold Robert Krauß. Furthermore he has been a merchant in the company F. Arthur Uebel.
He was working in our museum since 1965 as a voluntary tour guide.
