Yeah, that doubled octave mech is very neat

It does not have any "GDR" signs, just stamped serial and simple vertical logo engraved on the horn

It also has red thin leather pads with metal rings in it which i havent seen on late 70x and 80x weltklangs

Seems it has factory refab, i presume late 60x early 70x,
All perfect silver coating above time wear and semi-weared serial no,
It also got the weltklang type valve protection on the left side of the horn which makes it less authentical
But it's only one unoriginal piece
